Welcome to Athlete of the Month - November 2012!

Congratulations to the November St. Charles Toyota Athlete of the Month, Mike Bianchina from Geneva High School! Geneva High School will receive a $500 donation from St. Charles Toyota!

Mike Bianchina - Geneva - Cross Country

Senior Michael Bianchina concluded his high school cross country career with his 3rd appearance competing at the IHSA Cross Country State Championships. Michael suffered a broken leg while competing in the State Sectional track meet last May and overcame the injury to lead this year's cross country team as a captain.

Nicole Chapko - St. Charles East - Swimming

Nicole Chapko, a senior swimmer, is an Academic All-Conference Athlete. She was the UEC Conference Champ in the 200 Individual Medley and was a State Qualifier her freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. She was team captain her senior year and serves as a P.E. leader/lifeguard for freshman classes. Chapko will continue swimming for Michigan State University in 2013.

Justin Stanko - St. Charles North - Soccer

Stanko, a Loyola-bound senior, was the leader of the St. Charles North boys soccer team's defense this season.

Matt McClure - South Elgin - Cross Country

McClure had a season record of 16:33 for a 3 mile race, and qualified for the IHSA Boys Cross Country Sectionals. Matt is a three sport athlete and ranks in the top 5% of his class.

Victoria Clinton - Kaneland - Cross Country

Clinton, a sophomore, recently won the IHSA Class 2A Girls Cross Country State Championship.

Allie O'Reilly - Burlington Central - Volleyball

Allie, a junior libero, broke the school record for digs in a season by over 100 digs. Allie recorded 553 digs this season and was also selected team captain. Allie was also served over 35 aces and led her team in serve receive average.

Trevor Hollis - Batavia - Cross Country

Trevor was named All-Conference and was a State Qualifier for boys cross country.
